French Revolution Storybook Assignment

Purpose: To assess student knowledge of the causes of the French revolution, the events of the French revolution and the aftermath of the French revolution.

Format: Working alone or with a partner, each student will produce a children's storybook explaining the causes, events and aftermath of the French revolution. Each storybook should contain the following items:

      1. Book Cover
      2. Title Page including name(s) of the author
      3. Background information page
      4. Meeting of the Estates General
      5. Tennis Court Oath
      6. Storming of the Bastille
      7. March on Versailles
      8. Reign of Terror
      9. Rise of Napoleon
      10. The End

Day 4 Complete section on Napoleon.

Day 5: Finish up Storybooks and share them.
